Burke To Host Brokered Show On WORL

Former CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WTKS (REAL RADIO 104.1)/ORLANDO midday host SHANNON BURKE told the ORLANDO SENTINEL that he will be returning to the air with a brokered SATURDAY show 2-4p on SALEM Talk WORL-A/ORLANDO this weekend and for at least the next 12 weeks. "It's a show that's just about recovery, alcohol recovery, drug addiction," BURKE told the SENTINEL. "I really feel it's something I need to do, to give to the community."

BURKE has been off the air since his arrest in the shoooting incident that wounded his wife and dog on APRIL 30th. He had a brief court appearance YESTERDAY in his case, with another hearing set for NOVEMBER 4th.
