  WAY OUT WEST RECORDS and its flagship act, SHAWNA RUSSELL, have formed an alliance with JOE BURRIS of GILEAD PRODUCTIONS. BURRIS will assist with regional publicity and marketing for the label and will report to RUSSELL and label/artist co-managers CLIF DOYAL and TIM RUSSELL.
