Jury Rejects Mosque's Libel Suit Against Sliwa

A NEW YORK jury has dismissed a libel suit brought by Imam SIRAJ WAHHAJ and his MASJID AT-TAQWA mosque against CITADEL MEDIA syndicated host CURTIS SLIWA over remarks on a local cable TV show in which SLIWA reportedly said that the mosque was "running guns to CANADA." 

The $5 million suit was rejected by the jury in NEW YORK STATE Civil Court in BROOKLYN FRIDAY, and SLIWA and WAHHAJ shook hands after the verdict was reached.
