RON ELMORE MINISTRIES is selling the construction permit for new noncommercial FM KCFF/CLIFTON FORGE, VA to LIBERTY UNIVERSITY for $45,000.  The station is a rare example of a station receiving a "K" set of call letters well east of the MISSISSIPPI RIVER.

Another CP being sold, according to FCC filings, is a new AM in ARROYO GRANDE, CA, with the permit going from HILL & GLOVER BROADCASTING, LLC to TAD BURRUP HENDERSON's NORTH STAR BROADCASTING PARTNERS, LLC for $5,000.

EDMISSON AND EUBANK COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Country WDKN-A/DICKSON, TN to R & F COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $325,000.  The buyer is operating the station under an LMA before closing.

WALKER BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of AAA KZGL (EAGLE 103.7)/FLAGSTAFF, AZ, has filed for debtor-in-possession status; the filing comes after KALIL HOLDING GROUP LLC filed to take over the license as trustee based on judgment against WALKER obtained by a creditor.

And in FM translator deals, HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling W229AU/FAIRFIELD, IL and W256AZ/MOUNT CARMEL, IL to W. RUSSELL WITHERS, JR. for $30,000; the same parties are involved in the sale of W243AV/FLORA, IL to WITHERS BROADCASTING COMPANY OF ILLINOIS, LLC for $15,500; and HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is also selling W242BB/MEDFORD, WI and W216CD/SPARTA, WI to WORLD RADIO LINK for an aggregate $15,250.
