According to the LEXINGTON HERALD-READER, CLEAR CHANNEL Country WBUL/LEXINGTON, KY morning sidekick DUSTY DAN (real name: ROY DANIEL BALDRIDGE) was arrested this morning (10/13) on charges of receiving stolen property and possession of a defaced firearm. Two men allegedly broke into BALDRIDGE's home and took the firearm that was reportedly stolen.
BALDRIDGE is being held in the FAYETTE COUNTY JAIL on $7,000 bond and will be arraigned at 1p (ET) today. Officials at CLEAR CHANNEL/LEXINGTON declined to comment on the situation.
