Limbaugh Dropped From Group Bidding On Rams

RUSH LIMBAUGH has been dropped from the group seeking to buy the ST. LOUIS RAMS, the group's head DAVE CHECKETTS announced in a statement released late WEDNESDAY. 

The statement gave no indication as to why LIMBAUGH was dropped from the group, but the move followed statements from NFL Commissioner ROGER GOODELL, INDIANAPOLIS COLTS owner JIM IRSAY, and NFL PLAYERS ASSOCIATION Exec. Dir. DEMAURICE SMITH that criticized LIMBAUGH's participation.
