EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION continues its buying spree with the purchase of silent KABW/WESTPORT, WA from COLLEGE CREEK MEDIA for $100,000.

In other deals filed with the FCC, KELLY MILLER (MEDIA ENTERPRISES) is transferring Classic Country KHWG-A/FALLON, NV to JEZIEL GOMEZ' CRYSTAL NV, LLC as a gift for no consideration.

JOHN HIGGINS is selling Religion KRSS (THE CROSS)/TARKIO, MO to RADIO FREE MINISTRIES for $10.  The seller is also a 25% owner of the buyer.

And HILLTOP CHURCH is transferring FM translators K261BZ/LAS VEGAS and K244CE/PAHRUMP, NV to PHILLIP BARNES' K244CE, LLC as a gift.
