WCAA/New York Becomes X96.3

New Look

UNIVISION RADIO relaunched Tropical WCAA/NEW YORK this morning by changing its call letters to WXNY and switching the station's moniker to "X96.3," reports HISPANIC MARKET WEEKLY. The station is using the new positioner -- "La Mezcla de NEW YORK" (Mixture of NEW YORK), but keep the Tropical format in place.

The former WCAA swapped its 105.9 FM signal with Classical WQXR at 8p on OCTOBER 8th.
