REGENT BROADCASTING Country WKDQ/EVANSVILLE, IN PD/morning host JOHN PRELL tells ALL ACCESS about some lineup changes. Midday personality BIG BILL LOVE, who just celebrated his 50th anniversary in broadcasting and his 17th at WKDQ, is going into 'semi-retirement.' He will stay with the station in a part-time/weekend role.

Morning co-host LESLIE MORGAN will 'track' middays as well as retain the morning show duties.
