Garth Sells Out First Round Of Shows In Vegas

Tickets for Country star GARTH BROOKS' first round of shows at the WYNN THEATER in LAS VEGAS went on sale SATURDAY (10/24) at 8a (PT) and were completely sold out by 1p (PT). The WYNN LAS VEGAS phone lines were able to accomodate 141,934 calls before the system reached its maximum capacity and callers received a busy signal.

Over the course of the morning, the website received more than 5.4 million page views with up to 40,000 people waiting in an online queue at any given time. Although the shows are sold out, fans still have a chance to get tickets the day of the show. Returned or unclaimed tickets will be released to a stand-by line that will form at the WYNN box office on show days.
