ABC Goes Country Leading Up To The CMA Awards

ABC-TV has announced they will feature several Country artists in their upcoming programming, leading up to their broadcast of the 43rd Annual CMA AWARDS on NOVEMBER 11th at 8p (ET). Tomorrow (10/27), BIG MACHINE star TAYLOR SWIFT will perform on "Dancing With The Stars" at 9p (ET). Next TUESDAY (11/3) at 7a (ET), CMA AWARDS co-host and ARISTA star CARRIE UNDERWOOD will perform on "Good Morning America."
On SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8th, BNA artist KELLIE PICKLER will appear on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," where she volunteers to help build a home for a family in BEAVERCREEK, OH. UNDERWOOD and fellow CMA AWARDS co-host and labelmate BRAD PAISLEY will perform on "Good Morning America" on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10th at 7a (all time zones), live from NASHVILLE. Fans in MUSIC CITY are invited to gather outside the SOMMET CENTER for the free performance.
Later that evening (11/10), ABC's ROBIN ROBERTS will host "In The Spotlight With ROBIN ROBERTS: Bright Lights. Big Stars. All Access Nashville" at 10p (ET). ROBERTS will interview artists like LORETTA LYNN, VINCE GILL, ROSANNE CASH, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, TIM McGRAW and MARTINA McBRIDE. The special will also be available online at www.abcnews.com, where fans can vote for their favorite Country song. The favorite song will be revealed on "Good Morning America" the next day (11/11).
