Radio Spins Format Wheel In Charlotte

RADIO ONE has re-launched the former Urban AC WQNC (Q92.7)/CHARLOTTE into a Black Oldies format, featuring songs from the '80s, '90s and today. It's now the NEW MY 92.7.
