Jury's Still Out On 'Hold Your Wee' Decision

Strange Died After KDND Contest

The jury has been deliberating for seven days now, and still has not reached a verdict in the trial stemming from the water intoxication death of JENNIFER STRANGE in the "Hold Your Wee For A Wii" contest held by ENTERCOM Top 40 KDND (107.9 THE END)/SACRAMENTO. The contest challenged contestants to continuously drink water without going to the bathroom.

STRANGE died JANUARY 12th, 2007, after taking part in the contest.

Her family is seeking in excess of $24 million from ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS CORP. and ENTERCOM/SACRAMENTO LLC.

Deliberations resume this morning.
