JOHN BAYLISS BROADCAST FOUNDATION Pres. CARL BUTRUM has sent a letter of resignation to the Foundation board and GARY FRIES. His reason for leaving the Foundation after almost five yrears is the "very difficult fundraising times."
His last day on the job will be NOV. 30th
