ALL ACCESS has learned that BORDER MEDIA PARTNERS is about to make some big moves in AUSTIN. Word is that Regional Mexican KHHL (98.9 LA LEY) and Spanish Contemporary simulcast KXXS (DIGITAL 92.5)/KXBT (DIGITAL 104.9) are about to spin the format wheel.

Where will the format wheel land? Strong speculation is that KXXS/KXBT will go ESPN, and that KKHL will go Oldies.
