FCC Puts Pirates On Notice

The FCC Enforcement Bureau has issued a series of new Notices of Unlicensed Operation to several accused pirate station operators, the most recent being notices to FIRST FAMILY SOLUTIONS NET WORK INC. in OAKLAND PARK, FL and RR5 LTD PARTNERSHIP in LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL (both near FORT LAUDERDALE); INVERRARY 441 in CORAL GABLES, FL (MIAMI); BARRINGTON EBANKS in BROOKLYN; and CANUS CORP. in PHILADELPHIA.
The notices follow the previous week's notices to KAKADU PRODUCTIONS, INC., JEAN MOCOMBE, and LUNA PARK HOUSING CORPORATION in BROOKLYN; LLOYD MORRIS in BOSTON and ROBERT BROWN in nearby ROXBURY; QUEENS operators CLARK REMY and SLA CORP.; the Rev. LUDERS EUGENE and TESS MITTMAN in ELMONT, LONG ISLAND (on the QUEENS border); WOODROW TULLOCH and NIOMY M. DURAN in PATERSON, NJ; and LAVIRA & ROSELAINE AVILUS in POMPANO BEACH, FL.
Several more alleged pirates have been issued notices in the last several months.
