CMT is reporting that the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TICKET BROKERS is pulling its annual summer conference and show from the WYNN HOTEL in VEGAS based on dispute over the scalping policy of GARTH BROOKS' show there (NET NEWS 10/27).
