KIMTRON, INC. is selling Adult Standards WLGZ-F (LEGENDS 102.7)/WEBSTER, NY (ROCHESTER) to DJRA BROADCASTING, LLC for $350,000. Both companies are affiliates with CRAWFORD BROADCASTING, with KIMTRON headed by DONALD B. CRAWFORD, JR. and DJRA headed by DONALD B. CRAWFORD.

In other deals filed with the FCC, GUNNISON COUNTY METROPOLITAN RECREATION DISTRICT is selling FM translators K244AB/GUNNISON, CO and K296AL/CRESTED BUTTE, CO to PROFESSIONAL ANTENNA, TOWER AND TRANSLATOR SERVICE for $10; WAY-FM MEDIA GROUP, INC is selling FM translator W201DD/MOREHEAD, KY to BETHEL FELLOWSHIP, INC. for $18,500; and HARVEST CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, INC. is donating the construction permit for a new FM in BLAINE, KY to LIGHTHOUSE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, INC. for no consideration.
