J.L. MEDIA is the latest ad agency to sign on the dotted line for ARBITRON's PORTABLE PEOPLE METER (PPM) when deployed in HOUSTON and PHILADELPHIA. J.L. MEDIA's is one of the top advertising firms in the country with annual billing approaching $600 million. J.L.'s client list includes: OLD NAVY, TEMPUR-PEDIC, MODELL’S, SUBARU, and TV stations FOX, and TRIBUNE
