  ENTERCOM Country KKWF/SEATTLE has hired 25-year programming veteran MIKE PRESTON as PD. MIKE replaces former PD SCOTT MAHALICK, who joined LARRY WILSON's ALPHA BROADCASTING in AUGUST (NET NEWS 8/18).
  MIKE's previous stops include CBS RADIO/SAN FRANCISCO, where he was VP/Programming for News KCBS, Rhythmic AC KMVQ and Hot AC KLLC. He also worked as CBS VP of Top 40 Programming and was PD at CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 KBKS/SEATTLE.
  His first day on the job will be MONDAY (11/9).
