BROADCAST MUSIC, INC. (BMI) has appointed JESSICA ROFFE Dir./Writer-Publisher Relations, Latin. Previously, ROFFE spent 10 years with MTV, most recently as Manager/Music and Talent for MTV Tr3s in MIAMI BEACH.
