  UKRD has become the second major U.K. radio group to end its membership in trade group RADIOCENTRE, apparently pulling out of the organization in protest of GLOBAL RADIO's dominant position therein.
  The move, effective this month, follows the withdrawal of UTV last week for similar reasons.
