CBS Top 40 WNKS (KISS 95.1)/CHARLOTTE midday personality TAYLOR SHAY has made a couple of big moves! First of all she's migrated to D.C. to join CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WIHT (HOT 99.5) for parttime work, beginning tonight.

And, she's now engaged to RED ZEBRA Dir./Programming & Engineering CHRIS ROTH -- and both work in the same building at 1801 Rockville Pike. TAYLOR's on the 6th floor, and CHRIS is on the 4th, and we're trying hard not to think about the 5th floor landing stairway rendezvous.

TAYLOR told ALL ACCESS, "I spent an awesome two-and-a-half years at WNKS, and CHARLOTTE will always be that city among all the radio moves that feels like home for me. I'm fortunate and very honored to be a part of the HOT 99.5 family now, not to mention, finally being in the same city as the love of my life is pretty amazing too!"
