E. MORGAN SKINNER, JR.'s RADIO 1400, LLC is selling the construction permit for  KTNP-A/TONOPAH, NV to JEFFREY BATE's INTERMOUNTAIN MEDIA, LLC for $15,000.

In another deal filed with the FCC, RAVEN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Sports WXLW-A (XL 950)/INDIANAPOLIS to RANDALL and BARBARA HOOD's CREATIVE DATA MANAGEMENT, INC. for $150,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement since AUGUST 1st.
