Country star DOLLY PARTON is joining Former Prime Minister TONY BLAIR and Archbishop DESMOND TUTU for a new series on BBC. The series, which launches this month, is focusing on the role of religious faith in high-profile people.
PARTON gives her take on how she has balanced religion with her flirtatious stage image. BLAIR will talk about his conversion to CATHOLICISM and TUTU talks about religion's part in his campaign against injustice in SOUTH AFRICA.
The show's presenter FERN BRITTON said: "All the interviewees come from very different backgrounds, but what binds them together is the fact that, although their faith has been challenged, they've emerged with strong spiritual beliefs."
The series begins on BBC in late NOVEMBER and runs for four consecutive weeks.
