Noncommercial Urban KCEP (POWER 88)/LAS VEGAS' owners have put the station on the market. The ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY BOARD instructed Exec. Dir. LESTER MURRAY at the board's THURSDAY meeting to look for buyers for the station to raise money to pay off the organization's debts.

The board has enlisted PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS to shop the station; the LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL reports that three buyers have expressed interest in the station, which is valued at between $5 million and $15 million.
