BUTLER COUNTY Top 40 WLER (ALL HITZ 97.7)/BUTLER, PA has added veteran air personality JC SIMON. SIMON will be handling overnights primarily, but also covering mid-days, afternoon drive, nights, weekends and production duties as needed.
