ALL ACCESS has learned that veteran programmer MICKEY JOHNSON has been tapped to be the new PD for RADIO ONE Urban WHHL (HOT 104.1)/ST. LOUIS. JOHNSON had been doing consulting work for several stations and prior to that he had been PD of COX Urban WBHJ (95.7 JAMZ)/BIRMINGHAM. 

NIECY DAVIS will continue as PD for RADIO ONE sister station Urban AC WFUN (FOXY 95.5). JOHNSON is expected to begin his new duties immediately.
