  The FCC has fined JAIME BONILLA's PACIFIC SPANISH NETWORK $10,000. for operating a microwave station without a license. BONILLA programs several MEXICAN-licensed, SAN DIEGO-targeted AM stations from CHULA VISTA, CA.
