The MINORITY MEDIA AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL and the SPANISH BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION have sent a letter to Sen. PATRICK LEAHY and Rep. JOHN CONYERS, asking to be included in the NOV. 17th negotiations over the Performance Rights Act that originally was supposed to be between just MUSICFIRST and the NAB.
Signing the letter were SBA Dir. FRANCESO R. MONTERO and MMTC Exec. Dir. DAVID HONIG.
