  Police in SAN FRANCISCO are investigating a shooting last night in SAN FRANCISCO that wounded twelve, eight of whom were shot. The shooting occurred outside of the venue that CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Rhythmic KMEL/SAN FRANCISCO was hosting it's "HOUSE OF SOUL" concert.
  Apparantly a fight had started outside the venue when a man walked up to the crowd of people and opened fire. There were no reports of trouble within the KMEL venue.
