REGENT COMMUNICATIONS has appointed BEN HOFFMAN to the new post of Dir./Interactive Sales. According to VP/Technology and Digital Media LARRY DOWNES, HOFFMAN "will be responsible for REGENT's overall Interactive sales effort with an eye on facilitating continuing rapid Interactive growth and success in our markets.
