Condolences to family and friends of comedian and former radio talk show host KEN OBER, who died this weekend of unknown causes at 52, according to the NEW YORK TIMES.
OBER, a former "STAR SEARCH" champion in the comedy category but best known as the host of MTV's game show "REMOTE CONTROL," co-hosted middays with SUSAN OLSEN in 1995-96 at Talk KLSX/LOS ANGELES and hosted a show at COMEDY WORLD RADIO NETWORK in 2000-01. He also worked as a producer on "MIND OF MENCIA," "TOUGH CROWD WITH COLIN QUINN," and "THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE," and co-starred in the first TV series adaptation of the film "PARENTHOOD" in 1990.
