CLEAR CHANNEL SVP/NorthEast Operations TOM THON names BRETT BESHORE as VP/Market Mgr. for the POUGHKEEPSIE, NY market. BESHORE joins from SHAMROCK COMMUNICATIONS/SCRANTON-WILKES-BARRE where he currently serves as VP/Market Mgr.
