MCA/NASHVILLE artist DAVID NAIL helped raise over $50,000 to benefit the GREG OLSEN FOUNDATION, a non-profit organization committed to raising funds for various types of cancer research. The money was raised at the "Shake The Lake" country concert at JOE's BAR in CHICAGO this past weekend.
DAVID NAIL donated his time and merchandise sales to the foundation and JOE's BAR contributed all bar sales. Big ticket items such as CHICAGO BEARS' JAY CUTLER and GREG OLSEN football cleats were auctioned off. Also, autographed guitars by artists like MIRANDA LAMBERT, GEORGE JONES and SUGARLAND also brought in cash.
NAIL will ring in the holiday season with 1050 ESPN RADIO's 6th Annual MIKE & MIKE In The Morning holiday broadcast. The event will air LIVE on ESPN2 and the 240+ ESPN radio stations on DECEMBER 2nd from 6-10a (ET) EST from the HARD ROCK CAFE in NEW YORK.
