  Condolences to family and friends of PACIFICA RADIO noncommercial KPFA/BERKELEY-SAN FRANCISCO host and news anchor ANDREA LEWIS, who died SUNDAY of a heart attack in SAN FRANCISCO at 52.
  The former print journalist and editor joined KPFA in 1999 and most recently anchored evening news reports and a SUNDAY show for the station.
