THE EVANS BROADCAST COMPANY, INC. has been fined $3,500 by the FCC for tower enclosure violations at KCMY-A/CARSON CITY, NV.

The FCC also proposed a $1,500 fine on SOUTHERN BROADCASTING CORP. for a late license renewal application for WENA-A/YAUCO, PR.

And MEDIA LOGIC LLC has been fined $3,200 for operating an STL at the wrong location for Adult Hits KSRX (97.5 BOB FM)/STERLING, CO.
