  Looking To Boost Power
  
  CUMULUS Sports KTCK-A (THE TICKET)/DALLAS has applied to boost its daytime power to 25,000 watts, using essentially the same directional pattern as the present 9,000 watt facility. Nighttime power would remain at 5,000 watts from the same site.
  The application was accepted for filing by the FCC on WEDNESDAY (11/18).
