Catfish Catches Turkeys

Congrats to TED AUSTIN Country KCHQ (Q102)/REXBURG, ID PD DENIS "CATFISH" MILLER and his staff as they broadcast in the freezing cold on FRIDAY (11/20), to do a good deed for the community. CATFISH and AUBRI of the 'WAKING CREW,' hit the air with a brisk 18 degrees, as they started to ask listeners to help kick in, to raise 50 turkeys for a local organization. 

The group, TETON VALLEY SUBS FOR SANTA, had come up 50 turkeys short in a recent fundraiser, so KCHQ came in to save the day. CATFISH reports that the station raised $4,400, the money equivalent of 177 turkeys.
