The previously-undisclosed price for the sale by CHERRY CREEK RADIO of Talk KBLG-A, Classic Rock KRKX, and Alternative KRZN (THE ZONE 96.3)/BILLINGS, MT to CONNOISSEUR MEDIA is $1.1 million. The price is included in the sale contract attached to the FCC filing for the deal.

In other deals filed with the FCC, DOUG WILHITE's WINGS COMMUNICATIONS is selling Talk WELE-A/DAYTONA BEACH to GOLIATH RADIO LLC for $35,000 and assumption of obligations. WILHITE was found not guilty of sex charges after a three-day trial last week but continues to face other charges.

LARRY D. AND MARGARET E. PROFIT are selling KROC-A/WALDPORT, OR to LEIGHTON and JOAN REED-NICKERSON's KORC RADIO, INC. for $33,000.

And in a deal not yet filed with the FCC, MEYER GOTTESMAN has sold Talk WCHM-A/CLARKESVILLE, GA to JEFF BATTEN's BATTEN COMMUNICATIONS for an undisclosed price, according to BATTEN's website.
