Some of Country music's most accomplished songwriters will gather at WOODMONT CHRISTIAN CHURCH in NASHVILLE, on DECEMBER 3rd for the "Carols for Cancer" benefit concert. The concert begins at 7p (CT) and will feature songwriters THOM SCHUYLER, MIKE REID, MARCUS HUMMON, TONY ARATA and more.
FARRELL MASON, one of the organizers, said: "It is my hope that people will not only be entertained, but will also walk away with the gift of knowing that their support has directly impacted the lives of so many bald-headed children, who display more courage, hope and faith than most of us do in a lifetime."
Last year's show raised more than $200,000 for pediatric cancer care and research at SLOAN-KETTERING CANCER CENTER in NEW YORK.
Tickets are $55 and can be purchased from WOODMONT CHRISTIAN CHURCH at 615-297-8563. WOODMONT CHRISTIAN CHURCH is located at 3601 Hillsboro Road, NASHVILLE, TN.
