  CUMULUS Active Rocker WWIZ (ROCK 104)/YOUNGSTOWN PD/morning man MATT SPATTZ heads to the PD chair at CLEAR CHANNEL Mainstream Rocker WROV/ROANOKE, beginning MARCH 20th. He's replacing AARON ROBERTS who transferred to CLEAR CHANNEL Rocker WIOT/TOLEDO (NET NEWS 1/20). No word on a replacement for SPATTZ, yet.
