KNIX Collects Over A Million Canned Food Items

CLEAR CHANNEL Country KNIX/PHOENIX morning duo BEN & MATT have collected over one millions cans of food for their "Million Can Crusade" to help feed ARIZONA's hungry. The non-perishable food items will be donated to the SOCIETY of ST. VINCENT DE PAUL.

Cans were collected throughout the community in NOVEMBER including at VALLEY MERIDIAN BANK and SAFEWAY locations.

BEN & MATT said in a statement: "We would like to personally thank everyone who contributed to our 'Million Can Crusade'! Once again we are totally blown away by the generosity of the VALLEY and are so proud to be a part of this miracle once again for hungry families in our community. We look forward to spearheading this wonderful project again next year!"
