Hats off ... or should we say 'hair' off ... to CLEAR CHANNEL Country WFRE/FREDERICK, MD PD/afternoon air personality JESS WRIGHT, who cut her lovely long hair for LOCKS of LOVE. The organization helps disadvantaged children who are suffering from medical hair-loss, for any diagnosis.
