Joe Nolan Celebrates 30 Years In Traffic

WESTWOOD ONE METRO TRAFFIC/NEW YORK anchor JOE NOLAN is celebrating his 30th anniversary of reporting traffic in the market TODAY (12/3).  NOLAN, 51, is heard on CITADEL Hot AC WPLJ and seen on ABC O&O WABC-TV (ABC 7).
