CAPITOL/NASHVILLE artist DIERKS BENTLEY will be the first country artist to perform on new show LOPEZ TONIGHT. DIERKS will by joined by artist PATTY GRIFFIN for tomorrow's (12/08) show which airs at 10p (CT) on TBS. The pair will sing "Beautiful World," which was recently nominated for a 2010 GRAMMY AWARD in the "Country Collaboration with Vocals" category.
DIERKS said: “PATTY’s voice adds so much depth that I can’t even remember what the original version sounded like. It’s really cool that the LOPEZ folks are going to let us perform it on their show…it will be the first time PATTY and I have ever performed it live together.”
In other DIERKS BENTLEY news, his "Miles & Music For Kids" charity motorcycle ride and concert series made a stop in PHOENIX on NOVEMBER 21st. The event raised $200,000 for PHOENIX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL over the course of the weekend. BENTLEY was joined by JESSI COLTER, JIMMY WAYNE, ROGER CLYNE and the PEACEMAKER and a sold-out crowd of over 3400 bikers and fans.
