WPOC Raises Over $5,000 For Area Food Bank

CONGRATS to CLEAR CHANNEL Country WPOC/BALTIMORE OM/PD MEG STEVENS and her staff, as they raised over $5,000 for the MARYLAND FOOD BANK. On SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6th THE BAND PERRY, DAVID NAIL, and MATT KENNON performed for over 500 listeners at the CANCUN CANTINA.

This, more than past years, is a very challenging season for food banks. MARYLAND FOOD BANK CEO DEBORAH FLATEMAN said: “As MARYLANDERS struggle during this difficult economy, WPOC and is helping to make the holidays a little brighter for those that have been hit hard by this recession. We are so grateful for the support of the artists."
