CUMULUS is swapping Talk daytimer WTOD-A (SUPERTALK 1560)/TOLEDO to CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS for FM translator W264AK/TOLEDO.  CUMULUS owns seven other stations in the market.

In other deals filed with the FCC, BUSTOS MEDIA is buying AC KTIL-F/GOVERNMENT CAMP, OR from VAN MOE's OREGON EAGLE, INC. for $265,000.  The station is moving from TILLAMOOK, OR, serving a coastal area west of PORTLAND, to GOVERNMENT CAMP, east of PORTLAND, from which it will rimshot PORTLAND.

And GDM BROADCASTING FOUNDATION is selling K272DC/ORO VALLEY, AZ to KGVY, LLC for $32,000 in a promissory note.
