A lawsuit has been filed against brokered "FINANCIAL LIFELINE RADIO" host JOHN MARCH by a plaintiff who alleges that MARCH ran a Ponzi scheme by taking money for gold that he failed to deliver.
COURTHOUSE NEWS SERVICE reports that RAY LARSEN's suit in MIAMI-DADE COUNTY Court alleges that MARCH, listed as CTO and "official spokesperson and face" of SUPERIOR GOLD GROUP, took $250,000 from him and promised to "hand deliver" gold in exchange, but did not do so and has ignored requests for a refund. LARSEN alleges that MARCH and SUPERIOR GOLD GROUP took his money "to capitalize on the run-up in the price of gold for defendants' own illegal benefit."
