Barnard Changes Mind About Quitting KQ92

A few months ago, CITADEL Classic Rock KQRS (KQ92)/MINNEAPOLIS morning host TOM BARNARD announced that he intends to exit the station at the end of 2012 due to dissatisfaction with the corporate culture there. This week, he appears to have changed his mind, as the MINNEAPOLIS STAR-TRIBUNE reports that BARNARD posted a message on FACEBOOK reading, "I will be at K.Q. until they fire me or I drop over in my tracks."

BARNARD, who joined KQ in 1986, wrote that his change of heart came after "many weeks of discussion" with his wife and friends, and said that money was not involved in his decision.
